SUFFIX. — SHIPPING POLICY

At SUFFIX., we're committed to delivering your order quickly and safely across India. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, delivery times, and what to expect when you order from us.
1. SHIPPING COSTS
All orders ship FREE across India. No minimum order value. No hidden charges.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at no extra charge for most PIN codes across India.
2. SHIPPING PARTNERS
We ship via trusted courier partners through Shiprocket, including:
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- India Post
- Blue Dart (select locations)
The courier is automatically selected based on your PIN code and fastest available service.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are prioritised for same-day dispatch.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with your tracking link once dispatched.
Business days: Monday to Saturday, excluding national public holidays.

Note: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, courier strikes, festive season volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link
- An SMS update to your registered mobile number
To track your order:
- Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, OR
- Visit suffix.life and go to your account orders, OR
- Contact us at hello@suffix.life or WhatsApp +91XXXXXXXXXX with your order number
6. DELIVERY PROCESS
6.1 Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse and you will be notified.
6.2 Delivery Requirements
- Someone must be available to receive the package
- For COD orders, keep the exact amount ready (couriers may not carry change)
- OTP verification may be required at the time of delivery
6.3 Failed Delivery
If your order is returned to us due to:
- No one available to receive delivery after 3 attempts
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Refusal to accept the package
- COD payment unavailable at time of delivery
You will be notified via email and WhatsApp. We will offer:
- Option 1: Re-ship the order (re-shipping fee may apply)
- Option 2: Cancel the order and process a full refund
7. ADDRESS CHANGES
Before shipment: Contact us immediately at hello@suffix.life or WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch.
After shipment: Address changes are not possible once the order is picked up by the courier. Please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
8. DELIVERY ISSUES
8.1 Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Check your tracking link for the latest update
- Contact us at hello@suffix.life or WhatsApp +91XXXXXXXXXX with your order number
- We will investigate with our courier partner within 2 business days
8.2 Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package:
- Check with neighbours, family members, or building security
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Contact us within 48 hours of the stated delivery date
- We will investigate and provide a resolution (re-shipment or full refund)
8.3 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged package and product before opening fully
- Contact us at hello@suffix.life within 24 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
9. UNSERVICEABLE LOCATIONS
Some remote PIN codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your location is unserviceable:
- You will be notified during checkout or within 24 hours of order placement
- Your order will be cancelled and a full refund processed
To check serviceability before ordering, enter your PIN code at checkout.
10. FESTIVE SEASON SHIPPING
During peak festive seasons (Diwali, Durga Puja, Christmas, New Year):
- Processing and delivery times may be 2–3 days longer than usual
- We recommend ordering at least 10 days in advance
- Updates on festive shipping timelines will be posted on our website and Instagram @suffix.life
11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
