Dispatch & Delivery
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are shipped the same day.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across India on all orders. Pay only when your order arrives at your door — no upfront payment required.
Our delivery partner will call you before delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready. COD orders may be verified via an IVR call before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order from the My Account section.
If you haven't received a tracking link within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
Failed Delivery & Returns
If a delivery attempt fails (no one available, incorrect address, or refused delivery), our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 more times.
If the order is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment may incur a charge for COD orders.
