SUFFIX. — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SUFFIX., we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in its original packaging with all tags intact
- Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (required for damaged or wrong item claims)
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.
3. RETURN SHIPPING
For defective, damaged, or wrong items: We will arrange a free pickup or provide a prepaid return label.
For change of mind returns: Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items not in original packaging
- Sale items and items purchased with discount codes (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
5. DAMAGES AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is:
- Defective or damaged
- Different from what you ordered (wrong product)
- Missing parts or accessories
Contact us at hello@suffix.life or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
6. EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a replacement product is to:
1. Return the original item (following the process above)
2. Place a new order for the correct item
7. REFUNDS
7.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision within 2 business days.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
7.2 Refund Methods
Online payments (UPI, Cards, Netbanking): Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
COD orders: Refunded via UPI transfer or bank transfer. Please provide your UPI ID or bank details when requesting the refund.
7.3 Refund Delays
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as bank processing times vary. If more than 10 business days have passed after refund approval, contact us at hello@suffix.life.
8. CANCELLATIONS
8.1 Before Shipment
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at hello@suffix.life or WhatsApp. A full refund will be processed.
8.2 After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please wait for delivery and then initiate a return if needed.
8.3 COD Order Cancellations
For COD orders, if you refuse delivery without contacting us first, you may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
9. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). If you have a consumer complaint, you may also approach the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000.
